With over 30 years of experience, Igor is the President and Co-Founder of JRB. In his ten years at Raiffeisen Schweiz, Igor organized over $4.5BN in transactions. Prior to Raiffeisen, Igor spent 6 years in Divestitures and Fund Management at Julius Baer and 5 years at Deka-Gruppe structuring special situation transactions. Igor recieved his degree in Economics from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich.
Igor Rachman
Richard began his 26 year career working as a trader at Commonwealth Bank. Afterward, Richard spent 5 years as an alternative investment manager at BNP Paribas. Prior to joining JRB, richard spent 15 years directing private equity and commercial real estate acquisitions for a prominent chaebol in Seoul. Richard recieved his degree in Mathematics from the University of Melbourne.
Richard Fine
Melisa is a co-founder of JRB Capital. Melisa began her career as a customer relations assistant at Ziraat Bank, after 4 years at Ziraat, Melisa joined a singaporean capital advisory where she was responsible for sourcing, managing, and coordinating more than $1B in distressed security transactions. Melisa earned her degree in international business from Istanbul University.
Melisa Kaya
Lauren has 20 years of accounting experience and is the Senior Fund Accountant at JRB Capital. Lauren spent 6 years at KPMG as an audit associate. After her time at KPMG, Lauren started her own private practice which has successfully serviced several family offices and UHNWI's for more than 15 years. Lauren holds an MBA from American University, and a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Rochester.
Lauren Silverfield
